Media Director is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners and Buyers. Oversees research, development, and implementation of media plan. Being a Media Director negotiates client projects and develops client relationships. Ensures client budget and target audience is met. Additionally, Media Director may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.     Responsibilities:
    • Social media engagement and interaction on clients' social media accounts.
    • Occasionally assist with weekly content ideation and creation for client blogs and social media posts.
    • Occasionally schedule weekly posts using agency scheduling tools.
    • Other administrative duties as needed. 

    Schedule:
    • Monday- remotely 9 AM-1 PM.
    • Tuesday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM. 
    • Wednesday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM. 
    • Thursday - in-office 9 AM - 1 PM. 
    • Friday - remotely 9 AM - 1 PM. 
    • With the opportunity of more hours as time progresses. 

    Ideal candidates MUST possess the following:
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of all key social media platforms (at least 1 year prior experience); including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok. Creative, energetic, and always thinking proactively and out of the box.
    • Reliable, timely, and honest. Organized, self-disciplined, and task-oriented. 
    • Must have a portable high-speed laptop.

    Other qualifications:
    • Marketing and/or social media experience/internships preferred, not required.
    Compensation/ Benefits:
    • $16-$17 per hour.
