Media Director is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners and Buyers. Oversees research, development, and implementation of media plan. Being a Media Director negotiates client projects and develops client relationships. Ensures client budget and target audience is met. Additionally, Media Director may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Reporting to the VP of HR/Corporate Services, the Director of OM plans and owns the development of strategy and related implementation of high-impact projects. The role will be responsible for implementing projects for the VP of HR/Corporate Services that drive direct financial impact to ultimately build and manage a full shared services team. Additionally, the position is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing processes and procedures across the organization for new contract kickoffs and project implementations to ensure organizational standardization.
