Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe warehouse, creating and tracking purchase orders, assisting installation teams with materials, and shipping/receiving. Equipment orders and pre-staging for upcoming jobs. Some equipment/system pre-assembly is required. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, and coordinate order fulfillment. Make sure all equipment is received and moved to their correct bin daily. Make sure the warehouse is locked up and secure each night. Make sure the warehouse is clean and organized each night.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Ideal candidates have 5 years of experience working as a warehouse manager, tracking inventory via an ERP system (QB Enterprise, NetSuite, SAP, etc.), and know how to operate a forklift and properly stack materials. Must be able to lift 50-80lbs., value working safely, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a self-starter with a willingness and desire to learn. We are looking for someone who is incredibly organized and takes pride in a clean space and system. You will be responsible for all incoming/outgoing equipment. Equipment purchase orders will be given to you to fulfill and you’ll track the progress of the equipment coming in. You will handle RMA processes with our vendors to ensure things get tested and sent back to the vendor for repairs. You will be responsible for some fleet management task. Skill Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Team building and collaboration abilities when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients
• Customer oriented attitude
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge a plus
• Some additional certifications or licensing may be required (funded by the employer)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
