Job Summary:

MySmile Livestream Sales Manager will have a lead role when streaming live. They will create the live stream, start and end the broadcast, interact with viewers and steering conversation while live streaming. Properly displaying knowledge when demonstrating MySmile products live stream viewers to generate and amplify sales.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with co-host/assistant and viewers throughout the live stream

- Display confidence and product knowledge to encourage sales

- Explain product uniqueness, styles, and features clearly

- Entertain viewers with personality, have a "stage presence"

- Handling shipping coordination and real-time customer inquiries

- High energy to gain viewer attention quickly

- Improvise, quick thinking, to keep natural flow while live streaming

Essential Duties:

- Being familiar with product line

- Learn pricing, promotions, and unique selling points

- Working with studio producer to create short stories as needed

Requirements:

- Comfortable public speaking

- Interested in becoming content creator / influencer and grow a social media presence

- Confident in front of a camera

- Able to thrive in fast-paced environment

- Maintaining high levels of energy for prolonged period of time

- Consistency in attendance to live streams

- Sales experience - retail sales / e-commerce preferred

- Aware of social media trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
