This position entails:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work with a range of industries
• On-site content collection: photos, videos, monthly specials, etc.
• Developing tailored messaging & creative strategies for each client
• Attention to detail
• Collaboration & teamwork
• Understanding and analyzing KPIs to meet performance goals

This position works closely with the team and reports directly to management. Responsibilities include copywriting, short-form video and social media content development, analytics & reporting, developing client-focused campaigns to meet goals.

Basic Skills Required

• Copywriting
• Canva design basics
• Basics of video editing
• Intent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Pinterest
• Strong verbal communication
• Able to analyze organic campaign performance
• Self motivated and deadline oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics platforms)
• Able to work with diverse industries that range from health centers to power equipment dealers

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• On-site content collection for monthly campaigns
• Developing monthly messaging that covers client's goals
• Copywriting
• Creating on-brand reels and social graphics
• Communicating client needs to team
• Proofing and scheduling social content
• Community platform engagement
• Presenting weekly and monthly analytics and generating annual performance reports
• Represents Swell Media’s brand at business events
• Market research. Ongoing research into client’s industries proposing adjustments to strategies and approach as necessary
• Additional duties as assigned

This position requires on-site, in-person work a few times a month, otherwise, the team works remotely.
