Develops end-to-end project plans that detail critical milestones, timing, resources, aggregate cost management, and roles and responsibilities. Leads cross-functional project teams, defines commercialization path & key stakeholders, demonstrates in-depth end-to-end commercialization process knowledge and creates/maintains partnership with NBO leadership.
