As Digital Growth Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Director, Marketing Operations and Automation to develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns using a data-driven approach to generate demand, improve conversion rates with a focus on customer acquisition, driving traffic and the support of revenue development through digital marketing channels.
You will lead and monitor a variety of projects in an agile way, identifying roadblocks, keeping track of budgets, and ensuring results are delivered within set timeframes. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team you will be a key contributor to your brands’ growth and the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition
Develop, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth, customer acquisition and meet performance goals in conjunction with partners and internal teams.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Identify and implement new opportunities, with a focus on the digital space to grow audience / client-base.
Analyze consumer behavior/traffic flows to identify areas for improvement, spot trends and opportunities for growth.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze user journeys, email, and website landing page performance to improve conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing and other Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign results and user experience.
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maximize conversation rate and contact retention.
Segment email lists and personalize content for maximum engagement and list preservation.
Review and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders to align growth efforts with brand and company goals.
Share insights and collaborate on campaign enhancements and performance.
Professional Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of using segmentation and targeting to achieve meaningful results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software a plus.

- Experience in Marine Industry or boating knowledge a plus.
