Overview
Business Development Representatives (BDR) at Media Core will have the opportunity to hone their communication skills, make connections with key players at companies, be a part of a rapidly growing team in an exciting industry and be rewarded for their hard work through uncapped commissions.
The ultimate goal of a BDR is to generate high quality relationships that transform into new business opportunities.
A BDR will research and strategize on local, regional and sometimes even national scale, developing an action communication plan (phone, email, Linked In, socials…) to generate new business opportunities. The more relevant people from the organization that we can speak with, the more likely we are to be successful in that account. BDR’s conduct high-level conversations with managers, owners and C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities. The goal being to understand and 'qualify' the opportunity. BDRs will manage their own communications and bring in Sales Managers to join during qualified meetings who will push the project forward from there.
Success for a BDR is to generate the volume of qualified meetings that lead to closed deals and bring great new clients to Media Core! The commission plan is uncapped, so once a BDR hits quota, they can keep on earning. There is advancement potential for consistently successful BDRs as Media Core is consistently growing year after year and bring their team with them.
