Completes pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling. Being a Media Production Director defines and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Assembles the required team of production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions. Additionally, Media Production Director directs post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Production Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Blaze Media’s show Sara Gonzales Unfiltered is growing fast, and we have an immediate need for a production assistant to join us in our beautiful studios in Las Colinas, Texas. This person will play a vital role in growing our social media channels and reaching new audiences as well as assisting in the production of the day to day show. The position requires impeccable judgment, an eye for packaging and presenting content, and an ability to track and analyze KPIs to improve performance.
