Media Production Director oversees and plans the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of television or web shows, broadcasts, or videos. Completes pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling. Being a Media Production Director defines and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Assembles the required team of production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions. Additionally, Media Production Director directs post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Production Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Media Production Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Our Lynnwood, WA facility is expanding its operations based on significant business growth and is seeking new talent to join our world-class lean manufacturing team.
We are building a production capability from the ground up for a diverse range of innovative products that created the opportunity for a new Electro-Mechanical Production Technician.
The ideal candidate is willing to join the company full time beginning in April. You will work closely with manufacturing engineers and technicians to assemble and test electro-mechanical devices, improve production processes, and ensure a clean and organized manufacturing floor.
Primary Responsibilities
Inspection and test of CCAs, Piezoelectric, and at receipt for conformance to drawings
Leads process improvement projects in their work cells and in the manufacturing floor. Writes or redlines work instructions for new production processes so that improvements are documented
