Assembles the required team of production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions. Additionally, Media Production Director directs post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Director of Media/Digital Communications will lead and cultivate an excellent media and production team. They will lead our photography, audio, and video teams. Primary responsibilities include overseeing media and technical aspects of worship services, producing and editing video, ensuring an excellent online worship broadcast, creating graphics for church communications, and managing updates on all digital media platforms.
