Media Production Director oversees and plans the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of television or web shows, broadcasts, or videos. Completes pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling. Being a Media Production Director defines and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Assembles the required team of production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions. Additionally, Media Production Director directs post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Production Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     This position is accountable to define, lead and execute the media marketing strategies for B2B, B2C and B2E for our growing franchise clients. This cross functional leader will bring subject matter expertise and collaborate closely with our client services, finance and creative teams to drive business results.     Essential Functions of the Job:
    Strategic Vision
    Accountable for the creation, oversight and execution of media execution and measurement strategies to align with and support the business and growth of the agency and of our clients.
    Own the strategy and roadmap for all media strategies for executing client campaigns to drive business results.
    Leverage media expertise in conjunction with Hot Dish processes to develop timely, creative, and appropriate strategic plans.
    Actively listen to understand client needs and ensure the team is activated to achieve client goals.
    Support digital and traditional media strategies that are aligned with creative with the goal to bring forth opportunities where the two teams are working together to drive incremental impact.
    Ensure that campaigns and media buys are within budget and achieve KPIs.
    Staff Leadership
    Hire and manage a team of digital strategists in areas of web experience, digital operations, lead gen, paid media, SEO/content strategy and analytics/reporting.
    Provide clear and timely goal setting, coaching, feedback and mentoring to media team and cross functionally as needed.
    Ensure time tracking and project management protocols are followed working towards an 75% utilization rate of your team.
    Lead by example in terms of team behaviors, process improvement, and timely responsiveness.
    Agency Leadership
    Participate fully as a member of the leadership team. Provide proactive strategies and solutions to agency challenges and effectively activate change to solve for challenges at hand.
    Champion the EOS process to achieve traction within the agency. Lead L10 meeting with team and ensure that identified issues and Rocks are achieved in a timely manner.
    Proactively collaborate with the Account Services team to develop plans, identify the right mix between digital platforms, translate target audiences/personas into buying realities, and execute cross-platform solutions to reach them.
    Provide SME leadership and consultation to support new business initiatives.
    Manage contracts and relationships of third-party partners as needed to support the business and to ensure an effective investment.
    Manage media performance, analysis and optimization to deliver effective client results and value added solutions.
    Bring new technologies or martech to market including both the development of innovative products, as well as the digital transformation required to ensure a successful execution.
    Oversight of day-to-day budget management and pacing for agency accounts.
    Miscellaneous projects as assigned to support the agency as needed to meet or exceed client expectations.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    Bachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field preferred.
    8 years management experience in B2C and B2B campaigns.
    Must have managed a team of 4 or more individuals; Proven track record of building a strong team to scale and grow the business as needed.
    Franchise experience is a plus.
    Must have a minimum of 4-5 years’ hands-on experience with Paid Search, Social media buys, buying platforms, ad servers and performance media analytics. Experienced in cross-channel media planning and execution.
    Fluency/mastery of Web Ops, Digital and Social Advertising, SEO strategy, DSP platforms, Traditional media planning and buying, Dashboard Reporting attribution strategy and tools, UX/UI, CRO (conversion rate optimization), Lead Gen, Branding, Vendor Negotiation
    Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation abilities
    Proven ability to be proactive, responsive and to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
    Proficient in using the Microsoft product suite, including Excel.
