Media Production Director oversees and plans the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of television or web shows, broadcasts, or videos. Completes pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling. Being a Media Production Director defines and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Assembles the required team of production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions. Additionally, Media Production Director directs post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Production Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are in search of a Director, Agency Operations. This will be responsible for overseeing business operations of the firm and growing and developing our team. This includes implementing human resources best practices and providing leadership to and oversight of various departments to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, collaborative problem-solver who is driven to get things done. They will take the initiative in developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones.
