Community Media/Monthly Media is a print and web media company specializing in monthly newsletter publishing for homeowner associations, neighborhoods, and communities. We work with different HOA’s throughout Florida to design, print, and deliver their community’s monthly newsletter as well as various businesses to provide advertising support in the newsletters. Our office is a fun, fast paced work environment with a young and vibrant staff.
Summary:
Community Media/Monthly Media is searching for a multi-talented person to assist in newsletter design/layout, customer service, and print production. A design background is a bonus, but not required – all necessary training will be provided. You will learn to use design programs, assist in general customer support workflow, operate digital printers. We are a small company, so all staff members are responsible for multiple tasks.
Knowledge & Skill Set:
· High school diploma, or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
· Knowledge or Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Highly organized with great attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
· Able to work in a fast-paced creative environment as a part of a team.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Nice-to-haves:
