Media Production Manager manages the planning and execution of the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of television or web broadcasts, shows or videos. Ensures pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling are completed. Being a Media Production Manager engages and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Coordinates the team of production technical specialists for camera, sound, and lighting for each production. Additionally, Media Production Manager facilitates post-production editing operations. We are seeking a dynamic and data driven social media content creator and coordinator to help us grow our Noble companies on social media. This includes Noble Casing, Inc., Noble Drilling, LLC., Noble Trucking, LLC. And Noble Well Services, LLC. While some of our companies have existed for 10 years, we still have a startup mentality and are excited to finally take a more active role in developing our website content and social media presence, as well as more consistently creating all forms of content, especially video, to be shared on social media.
We are seeking an individual to help execute our social media strategy and create and utilize content to increase awareness, followers, and customers for each of our brands. You must be excited to handle a variety of tasks and ways to help us grow awareness for various companies relating to the oil field. Your self-starter work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and upbeat attitude are the best additional skills you can bring to the table. Qualified applicant must own or have access to professional camera equipment.

Handle all aspects of social media content creation, posting and tracking, with a goal to not only increase followers but to ultimately generate customers.

Requirements
Experience Requirements
• 1 years of social media experience for a company, 3 years of overall company experience
• Experience with posting (for a company) and using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Strong passion and work ethic, and excited to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company and have the opportunity for significant responsibility for rapidly growing brands.
• Must be tech savvy at tracking metrics and utilizing (or quickly learning) technology products.
• Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving those objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Need to be highly skilled with writing articulate and convincing content, images and videos.
• Must be extremely organized and excited about being responsible for the social presence of our companies, not overwhelmed by it.
• Experience with content and image generation tools like Canva or Adobe.
• Must be energetic and positive - hitting dead-ends doesn’t disappoint you, you simply try another way.
• Must enjoy problem-solving and multi-tasking, be a self-starter, efficient working and very well organized even when multi-tasking.
Travel Requirements
• May require travel as needing for various photos and video content.
