We post shorts daily and full-length videos 1-2 times per week. We have 1 million subscribers on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. We are a conservative channel! You are required to be exceptional at editing, Premier Pro and Apple computers. Not a position for amateurs or liberal minds. This position requires that you watch the channels 7 days a week for comments and algorithms.
A successful candidate must be able to:
· Edit various video projects and create exciting expert videos, including but not limited to product reviews, bunker visits worldwide, interviews, top 10 lists, travel, documentaries, builds & installs, infomercials and social media content that meets our quality standards.
· Develop video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and project plans to ensure efficient and effective videos.
· Utilize industry-standard video editing software to edit and enhance raw footage, create seamless transitions, add graphics, effects, and music, and produce final videos that resonate with the target audience.
· Manage post-production processes for various platforms and formats, including color grading, sound mixing, and overall video optimization.
· Ensure all video content aligns with our brand's guidelines, voice, and messaging to maintain consistency across all platforms.
· Keep abreast of the latest video production techniques, equipment, and trends, and continually implement best practices to improve video quality and storytelling.
· Produce video content utilizing overall marketing and communication strategies.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
· Solid understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and related post-production processes.
· Knowledge of lighting techniques, audio recording, and video composition principles.
· Up to date understanding of advertising video creatives, and able to tailor video creatives to engage an advertising audience.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Qualifications:
· Education in film, media production, business administration, or engineering.
· Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional video projects with at least 200 complete projects.
