Overview

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Media Production Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the end-to-end production process. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of production while working closely with industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio, post-production, and all aspects of content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all stages of production, from conception to completion, with a focus on improving and redefining processes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of creative treatments and production plans.
• Provide administrative support including booking, scheduling, and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Support producers with tasks such as casting, scheduling, and on-set assistance.
• Have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as photography and camera operation.
• Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content for K-Love and Air1 platforms.
• Operate in a high-stress environment with small spaces and multiple team members, demonstrating excellent self-awareness and people skills.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in communications, journalism, film and digital media, audio engineering, broadcast, or related fields.
• Strong interest and passion for production and the creative process.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
• Previous experience or coursework in production, audio engineering, or related fields is a plus.

• Samples of previous work or portfolio are welcome but not mandatory.
