The Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business flow, with a focus on staffing, facility management and guest experience. Successful candidates are extroverted in nature and love working in a fast-paced environment. The Manager must be adaptable to change and be a creative thinker; a "can-do" attitude is required for this role. This position reports directly to the General Manager:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the facility
• Daily and weekly inspections of the equipment
• Coaches and develops team members
• Functions as the Manager-on-Duty, in the absence of the General Manager
• Ability to maintain sales goals
• Ability to problem solve
• Ensure guests are following safety rules
• Answer and respond to phone, text, and email inquiries
• Interview, hire, train and coach team members
• Provide superior customer service to each guest
• Assist in booking parties, events and groups
• Perform bank deposits, including bank drops

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Two years of management experience in a related field
• Previous management experience with young, part time employees
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience needed; must be able to handle large, diverse crowds
• Must be able to multi-task
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while speaking in public
• Ability to calmly handle stressful and challenging situations
• Experience with employee scheduling
• Social Media experience a plus!
• The ability to work a flexible schedule. 35 to 40 hrs a week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
