Ensures pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling are completed. Being a Media Production Manager engages and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Coordinates the team of production technical specialists for camera, sound, and lighting for each production. Additionally, Media Production Manager facilitates post-production editing operations. BridgeTower Media is seeking a full-time Production Assistant for the production and creative department, StudioBTM. This will be a hybrid, full-time position connected to our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate would need to live in the St. Louis, MO area.
StudioBTM is the shared-service department responsible for nearly all creative work produced by BridgeTower properties. This department provides various design and production services to editorial, marketing, sales, circulation, and event teams. Additionally, we provide custom publishing services and co-branded digital products for our properties' clients and partners.
The Production Assistant plays an essential role in the Digital Production team by supporting the seamless execution of multimedia projects, focusing on various production and administrative tasks. This role encompasses assisting with webinar production, providing technical support, managing WordPress updates, aiding in production reports, coordinating appointment calendars, maintaining archives and libraries, and facilitating asset gathering for the team.
This role offers an entry-level opportunity to contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content. This position involves a blend of technical support, administrative tasks, and coordination within a dynamic team, making it an ideal starting point for individuals passionate about multimedia production and eager to grow within the field.
