Media Production Manager manages the planning and execution of the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of television or web broadcasts, shows or videos. Ensures pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling are completed. Being a Media Production Manager engages and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Coordinates the team of production technical specialists for camera, sound, and lighting for each production. Additionally, Media Production Manager facilitates post-production editing operations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Media Production Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies to promote various brands. You will manage the creation of engaging video, social media, blog, and other written content to drive engagement and growth.
The Media Manager will be responsible for working directly with ownership to advance the following media properties and brands:
For the foreseeable future, the main focus will be on the Jack Duffley and Duffley Law brands.

We will look to bring in additional outside support to expand output and ease the burden on the Media Manager, including video editors and writers as appropriate. That said, the Media Manager will be ultimately responsible for delegating and monitoring those tasks.
