Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Endless is a biotech cannabis operation — providing top-quality genetics to licensed growers throughout the state of Oklahoma. Our core product lines include clones, ready to flower plants and tissue culture. We operate in a 25,000 square foot indoor facility on six acres with a white glove approach to cultivation. We pride ourselves in being an organic, clean, green nursery with expansion planned both nationally and internationally through our level two bio safe lab. We are working on rolling out our latest product line direct to consumer.

ROLE

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team and take our social media presence to the next level. Endless is a leading biotech cannabis company with a global presence, and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate our brand's mission and values across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to connect with our audience in real-time.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all platforms, with a focus on promoting our biotech cannabis products and global initiatives. Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including short-form videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets that showcase our innovative products and global impact. Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring that our global audience is engaged and informed. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media, especially within the biotech and cannabis communities. Engage with our audience in real-time, responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms, and fostering a sense of community among our followers. Collaborate with strategic partners for cross-promotion initiatives, leveraging relationships with other organizations to expand our reach and impact. This positions requires an ambitious, driven and excited person looking to create content for a unique one of a kind cannabis brand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Video and graphic editing.
• Love creating videos on social media. Fun personality, vibrant, passionate, and an effective communicator.
• Understanding of social media, SEO, hashtags.
• Ideal candidate has experience in creating viral content on TikTok, Youtube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• Create content that builds stories around the brand.
• Create content talking about Endless, our brands and partners
• Create compelling short-form content that can go viral on TikTok (building a hook, introducing the problem, solution, and call to action).
• Be able to respond to community comments.
• Ability to create, edit, post (all on a phone), multiple pieces of content a day.
• Develop a content strategy, and a content calendar for new posts.
• Self-motivated and self-driven, able to create their own tasks, think creatively, and strategically, and think of new content on their own.
• Create, research, and test viral (copyright free) sounds.
• Discover trending sounds and apply to the brand.
• Create meme-style videos.
• Create and publish engaging content for our Instagram account, including videos, stories, reels, and posts.
• Develop content for social media campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.
• Develop new content ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Main office is located ten minutes from downtown Tulsa.
• Clients are currently located exclusively in Oklahoma with global expansion planned.
• Suppliers are both domestic and international.

WORKFLOW

• Full time in office.
• One site location.

SCHEDULE

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend.
