We are fast paced real estate investment company that is seeking someone to come in and help take over our social media marketing, managing multiple accounts across multiple platforms. We want you to be confident in shooting video and editing that footage for content. Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc
- Shoot video on site at local properties, edit that footage and provide content for the postings.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to maintain a positive brand image
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Use social media marketing to push traffic to sales team

- Bachelor Degree in marketing
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong photography skills with the ability to capture high-quality visuals for social media posts
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Photoshop
