Responsible for scheduling programs and event coverage, coordinating with other departments, working with directors and production staff, and assessing length and content of broadcasts. Being a Media Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Program Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Job
The Director of Growth will be the voice and face of Backbone wherever the pursuit of new business takes us. They will bring with them an extensive professional network of marketing, media and e-commerce decision-makers at brands in the broader lifestyle category. They will be responsible for developing the new business pipeline by finding and qualifying new prospects on the ground at key events as well as virtually from their desk. This role will collaborate directly with the marketing and leadership teams to identify, develop and implement strategic growth opportunities.

Compensation: At time of posting, $100,000 – $130,000 annual base salary plus highly-competitive sales goal bonus. This position’s full compensation is target-based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions
