Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel. Responsible for scheduling programs and event coverage, coordinating with other departments, working with directors and production staff, and assessing length and content of broadcasts. Being a Media Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Program Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Position Summary: Levelwing is seeking an innovative, Director-level, thinker to lead our social, content and brand strategy initiatives and help drive our integrated content development. As a strategist, you will uncover consumer insights to develop differentiated brand positioning and messaging. You will then work with our internal social and content teams to translate strategy into engaging creative campaigns and content across platforms.

    Minimum Skills & Requirements:

    • Must have eight plus (8 ) years of brand strategy experience; agency experience strongly preferred
    • Must have a track record of developing insights-driven brand positions and compelling creative campaigns
    • Must have a deep passion for brand strategy & social media
    • Must have proven frameworks that help inform strategic direction
    • Most posses excellent creative ideation and storytelling skills
    • Must posses strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
    • Must have an analytical mindset and data-driven approach
    • Must posses a passion for understanding consumers and brands
    • Must posses the agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Leading brand strategy initiatives including research, analysis, and brand positioning development
    • Translating brand strategy into integrated creative & social media strategies, as well as broader content campaigns
    • Overseeing social teams to develop on-brand, engaging content across advertising channels (social, digital, video, etc.)
    • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints
    • Continuously optimizing content and messaging for engagement and conversion throughout customer journey
    • Leveraging analytics to derive insights and improve brand strategy and performance
    • Staying ahead of trends in brand messaging, social media consumption and creative content development
    • Leading and managing a team of social media strategists and managers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables
