This candidate is a self-starter, proven leader, and always looking to grow professionally and proactively share knowledge with team members. The person fulfilling this position has proven experience managing complex digital campaigns from inception, implementation, and ongoing management to exceed client set goals/KPIs. Ability to work under pressure while having multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines is essential. Staying up-to-date and passionate about the latest Paid Search/digital technologies, techniques, trends and best practices is fundamental. Attention to detail is mission critical.

Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
