    We are seeking a team member for the position of Director of Paid Search. Reporting to the Vice President of Account Management.

    Summary:
    The Director of Paid Search is responsible for planning and executing successful paid search campaigns, optimizing campaigns for maximum results, managing budgets effectively and staying ahead of industry trends. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our paid search efforts to drive more web traffic to the client’s website, product landing pages, or campaign assets.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and quality score.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
    • Manage paid search budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
    • Work closely with the analytics team to track and measure the impact of paid search campaigns on overall website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets that drive engagement and conversion.
    • Collaborate with other marketing teams, including SEO, content, and social media, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent messaging.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of paid search performance to key stakeholders.
    • Serve as strategic advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and recommendations to enhance their digital presence and achieve their business objectives.
    • Contribute to agency thought leadership initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, and industry presentations.

    Here are some of the skills and qualifications we are looking for in a Director of Paid Search
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus.
    • 6 years' experience managing paid search campaigns, 3 in a leadership or managerial role.
    • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
    • Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as social media advertising, display advertising, or email marketing, is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with paid advertising platforms, such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
