OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and creative leader to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand message and lead/mentor the creative team. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics for various platforms and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics
-Experienced in website design, photography and 2D animation is a plus
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Incorporate color theory and visual design principles into your work
- Collaborate with photographers to select and edit images for use in designs
- Assist with logo design and branding initiatives
EXPERIENCE
- Four year degree from an accredited college or university is required
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional/ advertising agency setting for 3 years minimum
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Knowledge of typesetting techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with web design software such as Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress, etc. is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Artistic ability and creativity to develop unique and innovative design concepts
- Understanding of market trends and consumer preferences (UX/UI)
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus
