Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel.     CSG is offering a $2,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this Program Director position in Lancaster County that will be paid after successful completion of the initial evaluation period.

    As a Full-Time Program Director, you will be part of a leadership team managing 30 plus residential locations across Lancaster County. This position will perform professional, administrative, and managerial work directing the operations of a program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will:

    • Manage program and staff in compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.
    • Supervise location operations.
    • Interview, hire, plan, organize, train, and direct the work of staff.
    • Oversee the performance management of all staff.
    • Oversee incident management and follow-up.
    • Oversee the investigation and resolution of program issues.
    • Ensure appropriate coordination of services/ treatment and follow up.
    • Oversee daily program and or staff schedules.
    • Operationalize compliance with sanctioned philosophical and conceptual approaches.
    • Develop program policy and helps to coordinate it with overall company and program goals, directs the daily operations, evaluates results, and recommends changes in programs.
    • Maintain 24/7 availability to the staff so emergencies may be minimized and that care may be constant and effective.
    • Respond to emergency situations and provide leadership.
    • Monitor treatment activities and recommend improvement as needed.
    • Provide treatment services and consulting services.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Most have one of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree* from an accredited college or university, plus:
      • 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disability.
      • At least 1 year of supervision/management experience.

    OR

    • Master's degree* or above from an accredited college or university, plus:
      • 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disability.
      • At least 1 year of supervision/management experience.

    * Applicable degrees include but are not limited to Social Work, Psychology, Business Management, Education, Counseling, HDFS.

    Must have all of the following:

    • Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
    • Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
    • Able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request, which may include occasional overnight stays.
      Have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
