Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel. Responsible for scheduling programs and event coverage, coordinating with other departments, working with directors and production staff, and assessing length and content of broadcasts. Being a Media Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Program Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Child Advocate – Full time and Part Time position available with excellent benefits.
Duties: Provide support, individual and group activities and daily advocacy for children. Able to work collaboratively with parents and community service providers. Public speaking in local schools with emphasis on domestic violence and safety planning.
Requirements: BA/BS in Human Services or 2 years experience working with children preferred. Should be sensitive to at-risk children of all ages and should be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work flexible hours which include;
