We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person with previous exposure to paid media campaigns to join our team. The Media Coordinator supports the media team and will focus mainly on campaign implementation and reporting for traditional and digital media. As a member of our team, the Media Coordinator will represent our company to clients and our outside media vendors daily. This is a fast-paced environment, and the position necessitates being able to work as a team player internally with several different buyers and juggling several different accounts. The Media Coordinator is expected to have a basic understanding of the media space and available media research.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Execute placement of media campaigns which includes managing the insertion order process for all mediums (TV, radio, digital, OOH print), including system input, delivery to vendors for approval and confirmations
· Execution of paid social media & digital campaigns, monitoring, analytics and reporting
· Manage comprehensive set of tasks associated with creative and traffic communication, including confirming campaign creative and rotations, generating and sending traffic instructions
· Obtain vendor creative requirements (formats, delivery, deadlines, etc.) and populate creative specification charts for proper delivery to mediums by deadline
· Invoice processing, discrepancies & client billing needs
· Establish strong relationships with media partners and clients
· Maintain monthly performance reports
· Keep up to date with media trends and research
· Assist on media plan development PowerPoint presentations with the team
· General office support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
· 2 years of media experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, knowledge of Strata is a plus
