STARTING SALARY:$21.00 hourly
SALARY RANGE: $21.00-$21.50 hourly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities include supervising and implementing after-school programs and activities for middle school and high school students at the Groton Community Center. Programs
and activities may include sports, fitness, dance, arts and crafts, games and other activities. This position requires supervision and scheduling of various staff. Must be able to adapt
to situations and successfully relate to diverse cultures, abilities and interests. Strong ability to communicate with teens, maintain respect and discipline from participants, and to
develop and maintain a cooperative relationship with associates, parents and others. Typical hours are weekdays from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
