Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel. Responsible for scheduling programs and event coverage, coordinating with other departments, working with directors and production staff, and assessing length and content of broadcasts. Being a Media Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Program Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.   • We are currently seeking a passionate Social Media Manager with a proven track record in the field. This dynamic role involves creating and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility across various platforms. This position will contribute to: the creation/coordination of social media content, including but not limited to posting content to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & TikTok, capturing photo & video content, editing videos & graphics, and tracking performance of social media content.

    Responsibilities include:

    Creates and publishes social media content:

    • Assist with creating visually compelling and highly engaging content that promotes brand awareness, drives engagement, and increases sales
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including daily posting, community management, and engagement with followers
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Contributes to daily content planning and executing content assignments as directed

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years experience working in digital marketing, Public Relations or Advertising
    • Positive attitude and willingness to take on increasing responsibility
    • Strong portfolio of designs, copy writing, photos, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messaging
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and or Canva
    • Ability to work effectively and under pressure with a wide array of personalities and management styles
    • Ability to work flexible hours
