Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel. Responsible for scheduling programs and event coverage, coordinating with other departments, working with directors and production staff, and assessing length and content of broadcasts. Being a Media Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Media Program Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Under the immediate supervision of the KCF Director of Clinical Services, provides clinical and programmatic oversight of all School Based Mental Health Services (SBMH). This includes the development, implementation, and management of program and staff including direct supervision of SBMH Program Supervisory staff, both vocational and clinical supervision of counselors and case managers, and completion of diagnostic intake assessments. This position will also include the responsibility of managing the budget for SBMH, seeking additional funding for sustainability and expansion as well as to serve as a liaison with community partners and school districts.
