    Position:
    RPR is seeking a Social Media Manager, possessing strong writing, editing, and creative communication skills, and interpersonal and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee our corporate client’s social media platform content strategies, as well as brand messaging. Our corporate clients are within the Fintech, Med-tech, and Banking industries, among others. It is required for a candidate to be able to analyze engagement data, identify trends in community interactions, and plan social media campaigns to build a strong online community.

    *This is an in-office role Monday through Thursday at our Midtown Manhattan office. Fridays are remote.:

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist our teams with developing, executing, determining target audiences, and managing social media and marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Create tailored social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and implementation schedules while attracting new followers
    • Convert key messages and existing longer-form content into influential, informative stand-alone posts for marketing campaigns
    • Monitor for social media chatter about our clients, and respond to questions (with input from clients) as needed.
    • Research audience preferences and stay up-to-date with changes, new and current trends, styles, and hashtags across social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
    • Create engaging text, image, and video content, and design posts to successfully promote our clients’ marketing objectives
    • Develop an optimal posting schedule and track web traffic, as well as editorial and social media coverage for multiple clients
    • Monitor SEO and reports findings, and research and track competitors’ social media channels
    • Generate PR progress and clippings reports for clients


    Required Qualifications:
    • 6 years' experience at a NY PR agency
    • Strong written, editorial, and verbal communication skills
    • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube, among others)
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
    • Must be detail-oriented and meet deadlines within budget without sacrificing quality
    • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with graphic design and using media monitoring tools (Cision, etc.) are pluses
    • Bachelor’s degree

    In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $75k-$95k/yr.
