SCHRC is a local mental health clinic that provides a comprehensive range of mental health care services for adults and children. We became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in 2021 and we employ over 140 staff in 15 programs in Waseca, Steele, and Dodge Counties.
Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with CTSS standards including policies and procedures.
· Recruit, hire and train new staff to promote growth of the CTSS program.
· Provide new staff and annual staff training.
· Provide clinical supervision and performance supervision to mental health professionals and practitioners within the program.
· Oversee client referral process and eligibility determination.
· Be a member of the South Central Human Relations Center’s Community Behavioral Health Clinic team of mental health professionals and practitioners.
Educational and Experiential Requirements:
· Experience in clinical psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy or a closely related mental health field with a minimum of a master’s degree.
· Current licensure in the above related field.
· Prior experience working in a Children's Therapeutic Services and Support program is preferred.
Wage
Wage Range of $34.00 to $ 40.00 / hr
