Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding research and development of media plans, identifying target audience and ideal media outlets. Approves media mix and frequency as appropriate to client budget and objectives. Being a Media Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Media Supervisor relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.     Desirable Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of accomplishments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building and sustaining client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Possess a growth mindset, viewing setbacks as opportunities for learning.
    • Highly adaptable, thriving in a rapidly changing business landscape.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus, though not required.
    • Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
