Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding research and development of media plans, identifying target audience and ideal media outlets. Approves media mix and frequency as appropriate to client budget and objectives. Being a Media Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Media Supervisor relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.     • Daily Mail Sorting.
    • Perform Bank Deposits.
    • Handle Integrated Marketing Consultant Requests within Marketron.
    • Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.
    Requirements for this position include the following:
    • Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
    • Knowledge of Marketron.
    • Accurate data entry skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
    • Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
    • Ability to interact with Advertisers and the General Public
    • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
    • Able to work with clients, management, and staff at all levels
    • Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
    • Previous experience in broadcast media.
    • Previous experience in Marketron.
    • Experience Microsoft and G-Suite platforms.
