As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Media Buyer to join our team and play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting market analytics, determining the optimal medium and placement for marketing campaigns, and negotiating and procuring the desired advertising space and media slots.

To ensure success as a media buyer, you should understand marketing principles well and have a strong ability to interpret analytics. A top-notch media buyer should be highly persuasive and secure an advertising space that ensures the maximum reach of clients' campaigns.

Media Buyer Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies for better outcomes, creating engaging content for our social media platforms, and judiciously managing our advertising budget
• •Stay abreast of emerging trends in the digital advertising and social media marketing sphere, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
• Your goal in this role is to grow our new customer base while maintaining an acceptable CAC
• Creative – You love strategizing, creating, and implementing new ad creatives and campaigns
• Funnel Optimization – You love keeping close track of how the funnel works overall and focus your efforts on moving the 1-2 numbers that need your attention that week
• You’re comfortable digging into the data and drawing conclusions on what needs to be adjusted to improve performance
• Ad Buying – You wrangle audiences and Ad Manager to hit CPM and CPC targets
• You will also be responsible for reporting on a handful of KPIs, including, but not limited to, the number of new customers per month via digital ad campaigns, CPM, CPL, and ROAS

Media Buyer Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a media buyer and social media marketer, preferably in the e-commerce industry

• Proficiency in digital ad platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and more

• Solid understanding of social media marketing strategies and performance metrics

• Ability to create engaging content for a variety of social media platforms

• Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to foster relationships with media suppliers Proficient with Excel and other data analysis tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated experience working within a budget and achieving ROI targets
