• Design and create IT-based multimedia products such as but not limited to traditional print graphics, digital graphics, interactive media, digital motion graphic animation, modeling, website content, and/or branding, and presentations that combine text with sounds, photos, graphics, video clips, virtual reality, and digital 3-Animation
• Work closely with other multi-disciplinary team members to design and produce high-end visual, textual, motion-graphic, and animated content
• Meet with stakeholders to determine the project scope, and conduct research on media techniques and design ideas
• Create digital textual motion graphics, original artwork for digital image processing, digital imagery, video animation, textual animations, animated sequences using computer animation software, and performing media edits based on user feedback
• Develop and utilize skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Lightwave, Pro 3D, and the full Adobe suite, as well as other software to complete and/or archive final projects
• Graphic Design and Animation, such as; Infographics, Shareables, Brochures, Flyers, Publications, Presentations, Pamphlets, Interior Signs, Banners, 3-D Animations, Models, Programs, and Graphic Arts
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and software developments
• Generate routine and/or ad-hoc reports for management/customers
• Duties may include directly interfacing with OSAC management and/or OSAC customers, NASA business partners, and other NASA Centers

• Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, digital design, video, or another appropriate area of specialization; OR
• Possession of 2 years of directly related experience AND must demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communications; writing and editing; and problem-solving

• Must have experience working in both in-office and virtual environments with the ability to flex to varying communication styles

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment.
If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
