Role:

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Account Specialist. To successfully onboard client relationships, this role involves communication and coordination across many internal teams, including Engineering, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Accounting. During that time, they will be responsible for deeply understanding a customer's needs, helping customers get the most out of the existing products and services they have already purchased, and increasing revenue by introducing new products or services.

The ideal candidate would be professional, detail-oriented, meet deadlines, able to work independently, able to receive constructive feedback, and can deliver amazing customer service. This position is a full-time position with the possibility of being hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding and training, creating customer accounts and subscriptions
• Receive and respond to client communications
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Act as a point of contact for customer challenges and escalate issues as appropriate
• Regularly checking in with clients to make sure we are meeting their expectations
• Liaison between sales, accounting, and technical support department

Skill Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Team building and collaboration abilities when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients
• Customer oriented attitude
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge a plus
• Comfortable with virtual environments

You will become eligible for insurance on the first day of the month following 60 days of regular full-time employment. Plan highlights will be provided to you during the onboarding process. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
