Media Supervisor jobs in Spartanburg, SC
Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding research and development of media plans, identifying target audience and ideal media outlets. Approves media mix and frequency as appropriate to client budget and objectives. Being a Media Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Media Supervisor relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Under the direction of the Director of Media Services, the Technical Assistant manages the operations of the Media Center, which would include assisting students and faculty with technology based requests and projects. Project tasks include the use and knowledge of digital video production, cameras, mixed media recording, etc. The Technical Assistant will also be responsible for event set up and operation of audio visual equipment at various venues and manage the venue technology during the events.
Provide audio-visual support and services to faculty and students·
Operate and troubleshoot integrated audio-visual systems and other technical equipment· Process and post produce incoming audio-visual materials, equipment and requests· Understand and follow oral and written directions·
Maintain a clean and safe work area·
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,000.00 - $29,000.00 per year
