Medical Assistant assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients' medical records. Being a Medical Assistant prepares treatment rooms for the examination of patients. May draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Additionally, Medical Assistant may perform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, answering the phone, and scheduling appointments. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RCA) certification. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Medical Assistant works under moderate supervision. The Medical Assistant will be a key member of our medical team, assisting the Nurse Injectors and Aestheticians providing non-invasive cosmetic evaluations, consultations, treatments, and treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician.
Treatments within the office may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, prescription weight-loss, IV infusion, buttocks enhancements, fat reduction treatments and body contouring treatments using the latest radiofrequency technology.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:
** MUST be able to perform EKG & Blood Draw!! **
● Assist the Nurse Injectors and Aestheticians with patient flow.
● Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
● Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
● Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
● Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language
● Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
● Detail-oriented
● Excellent customer service and consultative skills
● Check patients in, get intake paperwork signed, take before photos, bring patient to room.
● Proven selling skills - must converse with the patient about memberships, package deals, and skin care products.

● Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients
● Understanding of Social Media
● Accurately maintain and update client records, photography, obtain consents, detailed documentation of procedures performed and products or equipment used.
● Demonstrate strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of blood draw and EKG techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered.
● Support the vision and uphold the mission, values, policies and procedures of the company.
● Perform additional administrative office tasks and other duties as directed and assigned.
