Full-time openings for positions in a ENT Office for certified trained medical assistants (MAs). The office is fast-paced and at times stressful requiring a candidate that can diffuse difficult patient interactions with an even keel temperament.

Back office job responsibilities:

• Maintain and preparing patient records

• Preparing patient rooms for examination

• Prepare sterile trays

• Take patient’s vitals

• Chart documentation

• Assisting physicians with exams and procedure

• Process orders for CT scans, ultrasounds, and follow up referrals

• Knowledge of Medications and Medical Terminology

Requirements

Required qualifications:

• High school Graduate

Strong plus:

• Bilingual

• Medical/surgical experience

Compensation will be based on experience

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$21.00/hour to $41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
