Job Title: Experienced Automotive Title Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk to join out Business Office team. The right individual will need to have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Process New and Used vehicle deals
• Perform routine entries to the general ledger relating to New and Used billing
• Process lien payoffs and we-owes
• Post daily funding notices to general ledger
• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
• Assist in month end closing

Requirements:

• Basic accounting background required
• Automotive dealership experience required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of billing and/or accounting experience
• Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS and GM a plus
• Professional and positive demeanor
• Willingness to do more than is required
• Fast learner
