Client Services Billing Clerk Jackson, MS - Our Firm is seeking a sharp individual to join our Client Services department as a legal billing clerk.
We are searching for a candidate with the ability to process high volumes of invoices, to include multi-client, multi-matter and multi-payors, in addition to some other administrative and clerical functions.
This position will prepare, review and distribute pre-bills to attorneys and prepare final bills as per clients’ specifications.
It is important for the candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they need to keep in constant contact with clients, attorneys and other personnel within the Firm.
It is important to have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to meet deadlines.
