Duties:
- Collect, organize, and maintain patient medical records/charts in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Retrieve and file medical records as needed
- Assist healthcare providers in locating specific patient records when requested
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Previous experience working with medical records or in a medical office setting preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
