California Business Bureau, Inc. / Medical Billing Services (CBB/MBS) is currently seeking a permanent Admin Clerk. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:

• Entry level position
• Answer and transfer incoming calls (bilingual Spanish)
• Greet patients
• Data search to identify caller and various paperwork
• Data entry
• Excel
• Outlook
• Word
• Time management and ability to prioritize various tasks
• Assist our clients with account related inquiries and account resolution
• Scanning Documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Compliance, Policies and Procedures
• Project professionalism and be a team player
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Must be able to pass a background screening
• Ability to sit at a desk for long periods
• Ability to be at work every day, and arrive on time
• Ability to perform all aspects of the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
