Additionally, Medical Billing Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Billing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Gold Cross Services is the leading billing and collection agency for ambulance claims in the state of Utah. We are currently looking for employees who are responsible for accurate and timely billing for medical transportation claims, assisting patients over the phone with their questions and concerns, and all other aspects of the billing process. Our mission is to provide the best customer service experience possible by helping individuals navigate their insurance and payment options to resolve claims and help them in anyway possible.
This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00 with available benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401k and HSA matches, and Vacation and Sick time. Starting pay is $18.00 plus incentives when fully trained. Incentive is up to 15% of your base pay, which is up to $442.00 extra per month for new employees. This position will be in our corporate office in Salt Lake City, as we currently do not have any remote positions available.
