Busy medical office is looking for a full-time Medical Billing Specialist. Position requires paying close attention to detail, fast and accurate computer skills. Daily entry of charges, sending claims, follow-up of medical claims. Payment posting, collection and account follow-up. Experience in billing of Medicare, private insurance, Medicaid, copay's, coinsurance and deductibles.
Qualifications: 3 years minimum of medical billing experience.
Knowledge and understanding of CPT & ICD-10 codes.
Collections and Account Receivables experience.
Experience working denials, appeals and receivables.
