This position is Spanish-speaking ONLY. The preferred candidate is available to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and is fluent in Spanish. We offer flexible scheduling options, including afternoon-evening or early morning shifts.

Job Responsibilities

· Data entry

· Managing accounts receivable

· Researching and resolving insurance claims

· Telephone/communication skills

· Customer Service

· Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task

Job Skills & Qualifications

· Spanish speaking (fluent)

· Strong work ethic

· Detail-oriented and good attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work both independently as well as, as a member of a group

· Readily able and willing to learn new things

· Strong analytical skills

· Basic computer and internet navigation knowledge and typing speed

· Basic Excel skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
